Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites

These Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites are a simple, no-bake treat made with just a few wholesome ingredients. Perfect as a post-workout snack, freezer-friendly dessert, or quick energy boost, they deliver natural sweetness, healthy fats, and a touch of indulgence.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Slice the ripe bananas into ½-inch thick rounds.
  2. Lay out a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on top of each banana slice.
  4. Place the banana slices on the baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  6. Once the banana slices are frozen, dip each slice into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  7. Place the chocolate-covered banana bites back onto the parchment paper.
  8. Freeze again for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
