  • Mashed potatoes
  • Cheddar cheese

  • Breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Press the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the meatloaf is browned and cooked through.
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over the cooked meatloaf and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
