Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 6-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  • Prepare the Special Sauce:
  • In a bowl, combine the mayo, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and paprika. Mix well and set aside. This is your Big Mac-inspired special sauce.
  • Cook the Beef Patties:
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce as the beef cooks. Break the beef apart into crumbles with a spatula and cook until browned and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat, if necessary, and remove from heat.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
  • Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet for about 20-30 seconds to make them more pliable.
  • Spread a generous spoonful of the special sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  • Evenly distribute the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced onions, chopped pickles, and diced tomatoes onto each tortilla.
  • Wrap It Up:
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly, ensuring that all the ingredients are wrapped securely.
  • Serve:
  • Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately. You can also serve them with some extra dipping sauce on the side.
