Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons ground turmeric (or fresh grated turmeric)
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3–4 tablespoons raw honey
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, combine turmeric, grated ginger, and cinnamon.
- Add fresh lemon juice and mix well.
- Stir in raw honey until you get a smooth, thick paste.
- Transfer to a clean jar and store in the refrigerator.
How to Use:
- Take 1 teaspoon daily.
- You can also mix it into warm water or tea.
