Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

  • 6–8 chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish or skillet.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, olive oil, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken, making sure it is well coated.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 35–45 minutes, basting once or twice with the sauce.
  5. For extra caramelization, broil for 3–5 minutes at the end.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes, then serve with the sauce spooned on top.

Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
