Ingredients:
- 6–8 chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish or skillet.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, making sure it is well coated.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 35–45 minutes, basting once or twice with the sauce.
- For extra caramelization, broil for 3–5 minutes at the end.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then serve with the sauce spooned on top.
