No-Bake Chocolate Nut & Fruit Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, peanuts, or cashews)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or dates), chopped
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix nuts, dried fruits, and oats.
  2. In a small saucepan or microwave, warm honey and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and spread evenly on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.

Serving Suggestion:
Perfect as a snack, dessert, or energy bar.
