Easy 10-Minute Apple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Powdered sugar (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, lightly cook the sliced apples with a little butter and a sprinkle of sugar until slightly soft.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Stir in flour and baking powder until smooth.
  5. Add the apples into the batter and mix gently.
  6. Pour everything into a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, until golden and set.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve warm or at room temperature with tea or coffee.
