Creamy Beef and Shell Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz shell pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef or steak strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the beef until browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
  5. Let the sauce simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Add cooked pasta and mix to coat evenly.
  7. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika or chili flakes.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with garlic bread or a simple green salad.
