Ingredients:
- 12 oz shell pasta
- 1 lb ground beef or steak strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
- Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
