Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 cup marinara or tomato sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
- Remove from oven, pour tomato sauce over the meatballs, and sprinkle cheese and diced peppers on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
