Baked Cottage Cheese & Eggs 

Ingredients

Cottage Cheese: 2 cups (approx. 500g).

Eggs: 4 large eggs.

Flour or Cornstarch: 3–4 tablespoons (to help it set).

Seasoning: Salt, black pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder.

Optional: Fresh parsley or chives for garnish.

Instructions

1. Preheat: Heat your oven to 180°C.

2. Mix: In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese and the eggs (as seen in your first image). Whisk them together until well combined.

3. Thicken: Stir in the flour and your seasonings until the mixture is smooth.

4. Bake: Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or a small round cake tin.

5. Cook: Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set (it shouldn’t be jiggly).

6. Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh herbs and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
