Cheesy Baked Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup marinara or tomato sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking tray.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
  5. Remove from oven, pour tomato sauce over the meatballs, and sprinkle cheese and diced peppers on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with pasta, rice, or as an appetizer.
