Turmeric Ginger Immunity Boost Paste

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons ground turmeric (or fresh grated turmeric)
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3–4 tablespoons raw honey

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine turmeric, grated ginger, and cinnamon.
  2. Add fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Stir in raw honey until you get a smooth, thick paste.
  4. Transfer to a clean jar and store in the refrigerator.

How to Use:

  • Take 1 teaspoon daily.
  • You can also mix it into warm water or tea.

  • Per teaspoon: 20–25 calories
  • Whole jar: 250–350 calories
