- 6–8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking dish with foil and lightly grease it.
- Place the chicken thighs in the dish, skin side up.
- Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly on top.
- Rub brown sugar over each piece to coat well.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is caramelized.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
