Ingredients:
- 3 apples (peeled and sliced)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:
- In a pan, lightly cook the sliced apples with a little butter and a sprinkle of sugar until slightly soft.

- Add milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in flour and baking powder until smooth.
- Add the apples into the batter and mix gently.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
