Ingredients:
- 12 frozen or fresh dinner roll dough balls
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Arrange the dough balls in a greased baking dish, leaving a little space between them.
- Cover and let them rise until doubled in size (if using frozen dough).
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Add dried herbs and a pinch of salt.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
