Cheesy Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 12 frozen or fresh dinner roll dough balls
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the dough balls in a greased baking dish, leaving a little space between them.
  2. Cover and let them rise until doubled in size (if using frozen dough).
  3. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the rolls.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  5. Add dried herbs and a pinch of salt.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm.

Serve as a side with soups, pasta, or enjoy on its own.
