4-Ingredient Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 6–8 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with foil and lightly grease it.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the dish, skin side up.
  4. Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly on top.
  6. Rub brown sugar over each piece to coat well.
  7. Bake for 40–50 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is caramelized.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
